Shipping for Larger Items

Please request a quotation for shipping larger items such as, Kick Master Shields, Kicking Master Standing Kicking Bag, Body Foam Shields, Floor Mats, Training Weapons and products over 24 inches and longer in length.

Stolen Package Policy

Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. This means that if your package is shown as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, it is considered the recipient’s responsibility to locate the package.

We recommend taking the following steps if your package is missing after a marked delivery:

  • Double-check the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • Look around your property or building entrance, including porches, garages, or with neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery details.
  • Report the theft to local authorities if you believe the package was stolen.
